Thank you for shopping at EAUXNO. We want to make sure you get your gear as quickly as possible. Because we use a print-on-demand model, our shipping process is split into two parts: Fulfillment and Shipping.
1. Order Fulfillment Time
Before your order ships, it has to be created. Each item is printed specially for you.

Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Total delivery time = Fulfillment + Shipping time.
3. Domestic & International Solutions
We ship via reputable carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, and FedEx.

Domestic (AU): Most orders are routed through Printful’s Australian facilities to keep transit times low.

International: If an item is out of stock locally, it may be shipped from one of our international hubs (USA, EU, or MX). You will be notified via tracking if this occurs.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (outside of Australia), [EAUXNO] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Service Interruptions
Occasionally, factors outside of our control (natural disasters, pandemics, or postal strikes) may cause delays. We will do our best to communicate these interruptions via a banner on our website or via email.
7. Incorrect Address & Re-shippings
If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package was unclaimed, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with Printful to arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
