Refund Policy

At EAUXNO, every piece is custom-printed just for you at the moment you place your order. Because we do not hold "off-the-shelf" inventory, our refund policy is strictly governed by the nature of print-on-demand production.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a print error, or you received the wrong item, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us at [Insert Email Address] within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Evidence: Please include high-quality photos of the damaged area and the packing slip.

  • Costs: If the error is on our end, we cover all costs for the replacement or issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

2. Lost in Transit

If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait an extra 2 business days as carriers can sometimes be delayed.

  • Timeframe: Claims for packages deemed "lost in transit" must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

  • Verification: We will confirm with the carrier. If the tracking information states the order was "Delivered," EAUXNO cannot offer a refund or replacement.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because each item is printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the item after it has been produced.

  • Incorrect Size: Choosing the wrong size at checkout.

4. Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we have verified your claim and approved a refund:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • It typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
